Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you install, trial, or purchase MailBinder.
Last updated: August 21, 2026
1. Agreement
By installing or using the MailBinder Chrome extension ("MailBinder," "the Extension") or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use MailBinder.
2. What MailBinder is
MailBinder is a Chrome extension that adds export tools to Gmail, converting email conversations to PDF, TXT, HTML, or EML files locally in your browser. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
3. Free trial
New installs are eligible for a one-time, 14-day free trial of MailBinder Pro, verified against an email address. No payment card is required to start a trial. One trial is permitted per person; we may decline or end a trial we reasonably believe is a repeat signup used to bypass this limit.
4. Paid license
- MailBinder Pro is sold as a single annual license, currently priced at $19/year, purchased through Payhip. We do not offer a monthly plan or a lifetime plan.
- A license covers up to 3 devices at a time. You may deactivate a device yourself to free a seat.
- Pricing may change for future billing periods; we'll make current pricing clear before you purchase or renew.
- All purchases are final. See our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use MailBinder only for lawful purposes and only with Gmail accounts you're authorized to access. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the trial or licensing system
- Resell, sublicense, or share a license key beyond your own permitted devices
- Use MailBinder to violate another person's privacy or applicable data-protection law
- Use automated means to abuse, overload, or probe our licensing infrastructure
6. Your content
You retain full ownership of any email content you export using MailBinder. We do not claim any rights to files MailBinder generates on your device, and — as described in our Privacy Policy — we don't receive that content in the first place.
7. Intellectual property
MailBinder, its name, logo, and underlying code are owned by us or our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond identifying the product you've licensed.
8. Third-party services
MailBinder relies on third-party services — including the Chrome Web Store, Payhip for payments, and Cloudflare for hosting — each governed by their own terms. We aren't responsible for the availability or conduct of those services.
9. Disclaimer of warranty
MailBinder is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee MailBinder will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Gmail configuration.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MailBinder, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to MailBinder for accounts that violate these terms, including trial abuse or license sharing. You may stop using MailBinder at any time by uninstalling the extension.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MailBinder after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the date at the top of this page when that happens.
